Chairperson of Research Committee for School of Education. I initiated this committee to conduct Special Research Methods Classes for School of Education staff and University-wide members on regular basis (Staff Development).
Chairperson of Post Graduate Thesis Review Committee for School of Education. Again, it is a self-initiated move and I conducted Special Courses on Thesis Supervisory Skills for current and potential supervisors on regular basis. (Staff Development).
Have helped to restructure the Post Graduate Studies and Thesis Review Process; helped the university to set up a Campus at the National District Capital of Port of Moresby, PNG.
